Most families finish in about 10 minutes — everything is in our secure client portal
Court-approved supervised visitation where your child's safety, comfort, and well-being are the only thing that matters in the room.
Four court-aligned services, one set of standards. Every visit, every report, every interaction is built around the child — not the calendar, not the billing rate, not the convenience of the agency.
A trained Peachtree supervisor stays with the child for the entire visit, documenting what happens in real time. We follow your court order's conditions to the letter and never leave the room.
When the court order keeps the parents apart but allows unmonitored parenting time, we facilitate the handoff at a neutral location and document every exchange so nothing is left to interpretation.
For long-distance parents, recovering parents, or specific court orders, we host monitored video visits on a secure platform with the same documentation rigor as our in-person work.
Every session ends in a written report — objective, timestamped, formatted for the Superior Court that hears your case, whether that's Fulton, DeKalb, Cobb, Gwinnett, or Clayton County. Your attorney gets a copy too, no extra charge.
Four steps from the moment you decide to start. We move fast on intake so you can move fast on your case.
Submit the intake form online. Have your court order ready if you have one — it gives us the head start we need.
A coordinator walks you through the case, reviews the order with you, takes the one-time $150 intake fee, and assigns your dedicated supervisor.
We coordinate with both parties, confirm a meet-up location everyone can live with, and lock the time in writing. Standard booking is within 7 days; expedited intake is available.
Your supervisor attends the full visit and writes the court-ready report afterward. No editorializing, no opinions — just observations and timestamps, ready for your attorney or the court.
Five metro Atlanta counties — Fulton, DeKalb, Cobb, Gwinnett, and Clayton. One set of Peachtree standards. Pick the city closest to you to see local meet-up venues, the court that hears your case, and how to get started in your area.
Don't see your city? We work across the entire Atlanta metro — view the full Fulton County coverage page.
Peachtree now covers Cobb, Gwinnett, and Clayton County — same background-checked supervisors, same Child-First standards, same flat-rate pricing. Reports are formatted for the Superior Court in each county. See Gwinnett and Clayton county details.
Cobb County DetailsIf you've worked with a supervised visitation agency before, you already know how varied the experience can be. Here's what makes Peachtree Peachtree.
Every protocol Peachtree uses exists because of how it affects the child. Adult convenience, billing optimization, and agency policy never come before what's best for the kid in the room.
Every Peachtree supervisor passes a fingerprint-based national criminal background check and completes Peachtree's Child-First training before working a single visit.
No prior relationship with either parent, ever. Peachtree works the order — not the side of the parent who's paying. The court and the child are the only ones we answer to.
$150 intake, $65 an hour. That's it. No monthly case fees, no mileage, no surprise admin charges. The model is built around making professional supervision actually affordable.
Intake is generally same-day. Standard first-visit booking is within 7 days, with an expedited intake package for families who need to move sooner. And our 24-hour response promise is in writing.
Peachtree covers Fulton, DeKalb, Cobb, Gwinnett, and Clayton County, with the same background-checked supervisors and the same Child-First standards in every one. One online intake reaches all five counties.
What you see is what you pay. No monthly fees, no mileage charges, no surprise add-ons.
One-Time Intake & File Review
Professional Hourly Rate
Sessions have a 2-hour minimum (so $130 minimum per visit). Cancellation with 24+ hours notice is free. Expedited intake available for families that need a first visit booked in under 7 days.
What every Greater Atlanta parent wants to know before the first visit.
Intake is generally initiated the same day you submit your information through our secure client portal. Our standard policy is to book the first visit within 7 days of completing intake. If you need to move faster than that, we offer an expedited intake package — ask your coordinator on the intake call.
Every Peachtree supervisor passes a fingerprint-based national criminal background check before working a single visit. Each one completes Peachtree's Child-First training program — covering observation, documentation, de-escalation, and the specific procedural expectations of Georgia family court.
Locations are picked case by case based on what your court order requires and what makes the most sense for your child's age and comfort. Most Peachtree visits take place in neutral public settings — parks, libraries, family-appropriate restaurants, indoor play spaces, retail centers like Target, or shopping malls. Some cases call for a more private venue; we'll talk through it during intake.
Five Greater Atlanta counties: Fulton, DeKalb, Cobb, Gwinnett, and Clayton. Same supervisors-trained-to-the-same-standard model, same flat-rate pricing, same online intake process in every county. Reports are formatted to meet the documentation expectations of the Superior Court that hears your case.
Yes. Peachtree reports are written in objective, non-editorial language, timestamped throughout the visit, and formatted to meet the standards used by the Fulton County Superior Court Family Division, the DeKalb County Superior Court, and the Superior Courts of Cobb, Gwinnett, and Clayton County. Our reports are built for use by Georgia family law attorneys, Guardians ad Litem, and judges across all five counties.
Life happens. Cancellation with 24+ hours notice carries no fee. Emergency situations are handled case-by-case — we'd rather move a visit and keep your case on track than penalize a parent for a real-world reason. Notify your coordinator as early as you can.
Most Georgia supervised visitation orders specify which parent is responsible for the supervisor's cost. In many cases it's the parent whose parenting time is being supervised, but every order is different. We'll work with whatever payment structure your order spells out.
Whether you're in Atlanta, Sandy Springs, Decatur, Marietta, Lawrenceville, Jonesboro, or anywhere in between — same team, same response promise, same Child-First standards.
